Support that remembers the answer.
People ask for help in their own words, somebody solves it once, and the answer stays put — so the next person finds it themselves.

Cannot get into the timesheet
All names, organisations, cases and timestamps in the examples on this page are invented. Any resemblance to real persons is coincidental and unintended.
The queue should get shorter.
Not just move faster.
Most systems help the team handle more cases. Nirona is built so that there are fewer of them.
The answer appears before the form
Kari describes the problem in her own words. Before she can send it, the answer is there. The case is never reported, and nobody waited.
One thread, no forms
No twenty fields. No codes to pick.
The draft writes itself
The system builds the article from the conversation and strips the names.
Nobody publishes their own
An answer must be approved by another person before it goes out. The author cannot approve their own — and it says who did.
Four steps. The fourth is the whole point.
The same problem, twice. The first time it costs a case. The second time it costs nothing.
Cannot get into the timesheet
«Invalid session» in the timesheet
he cannot approve his own
The queue is an instrument, not an inbox.
Dense, one line per case. The deadline measures the team — the clock stops while you are waiting for the person who asked.
- The clock stops when the ball is with the customer
- Canned replies and templates where you stand
- Scope decides what you see — no filter to remember
The knowledge base fills itself.
The draft is made from the conversation that already happened. Names and case numbers are stripped before anybody sees it.
- Nobody is asked to «set aside time for documentation»
- Another person must approve before publishing
- You see which articles do not help
«Invalid session» in the timesheet
The model runs on your device.
Nothing is sent anywhere.
The large vendors send your cases to a language model at their end and charge per answer. We send nothing to a language model — not ours, not anyone's. The search runs where your data already is.
Nothing is made up
Every answer is written and approved by a person. The model finds the answer — it does not write it.
«Who said this?» has an answer
A name and a timestamp. That is the question a regulator asks.
A risk category disappears
No model vendor as a processor. No cost that grows with use.
What Nirona does not do.
Four limits you would find on your own. They are here because you should find them before you buy, not after.
CIRON has no standing access to your data store, and no key to it. If everybody who can assign roles disappears at once, the way back is the one you set up beforehand: a second person with the right, a backed-up passkey, or a set of recovery codes. We cannot open the door for you, and we will not pretend otherwise when you call.
The same property has a price every day, not just on a bad day. When something looks wrong, we cannot open your case and see it. You have to describe it, or export it to us. That is slower than a vendor who can read everything.
We resolve fewer cases without a person than the large vendors do. If you want half your queue answered automatically from day one, you should buy something else — and we say so in the first meeting, not the third.
Nirona is installed from the browser and works offline afterwards. There is nothing to find in App Store or Google Play. If your device management only distributes store apps, that is a real obstacle.
Three people who get something quite different out of the same thing.
It is rarely the same people who buy, use and staff it.
Kari in accounts
Uses Nirona four times a year. Should never need training, and never wonder whether anybody saw her message.
Rune in operations
Does not have to answer the same thing for the fifth time. Gets a dense surface built to be fast.
The manager
Gets one figure that means something: how many cases solved themselves because the answer already existed.
What actually shipped, with dates.
We have no customer figures to point to yet. What we have is a log of what has been delivered — and you can check it.
A front page that is also a portal, in two languages
Go straight to your own organisation. The whole surface in Norwegian and English.
Customer administrators see their whole organisation
Colleagues created by support now appear in the list where they belong.
A passkey is required for administrative changes
Changing roles or settings needs a fresh confirmation, not just an open session.
The language model moved to the device
The search for earlier answers runs in the browser. No tokens, and nothing leaves the machine.
You pay for how many have access.
Not for who answers.
Most of this market charges per operator. Then it costs money to let in a temp or a partner — and so you do not.
Tiers by number of users
Five tiers, from one department to an entire group. Nothing else changes between them.
Unlimited operators
Everyone who answers is free. A partner taking the night shift costs nothing.
Nothing held back
Every tier has every feature. Security does not cost extra here.
Always included — on every tier
- Unlimited operators
- Every feature: ITIL, approvals, knowledge, chat, SSO, API
- Export of all your data, at any time
- The language model on the device, with no token cost
What you are probably thinking now.
«We have tried a knowledge base before. Nobody wrote anything in it.»
That is why Nirona asks nobody to write articles. The draft is made from the conversation that already happened. What is left is to read it through and press publish.
A knowledge base that requires somebody to set aside time stays empty. One that is filled by the work people already do does not.
«We use email and Teams. That works, surely.»
It works for the one message. What does not work is everything after: nobody knows what was promised, and the answer disappears into a thread nobody finds again. An inbox is not a place to keep answers.
«Do you have AI, or do you not?»
We have no cloud service that reads your cases. What there is runs in the browser on your own machine, and is used to find answers people have already written — not to make new ones.
«Our people will not use yet another system.»
They will use it four times a year, so there is nothing to learn: one question at a time, plain language, and buttons big enough for a phone with gloves on.
«What happens to what we have put in, if we leave?»
You export everything, at any time, in an open format — also while a notice period is running. A system that makes it hard to leave has admitted it is not good enough to stay with.
«How new is this, really?»
New. We have no customer figures to point to, and we would rather say so than invent some. What you can check today is the product itself: create a trial account, report a real case, and see.
Support that remembers the answer.
Create a trial account, report something you actually wonder about, and solve it. It takes five minutes to see the whole point.
